Notting Hill

 

This garden in Notting Hill was elegantly
and expertly designed by Daniel Rowland,
of Architectural Design Consultants Studio 1
Architects, and constructed by Sangwyn and
Ed Brooks Furniture.

 

The design style was implemented to create a synergy throughout the interior and exterior of the living space.  The garden is framed beautifully with horizontal cedar trellis work, and incorporates a wonderfully clean and contemporary work studio, which is sunk into the corner to maximise headroom.

The outside floor is sawn sandstone, with a slightly elevated area of artificial lawn. This height change creates a feeling of openness, to be enjoyed whilst seated on one of the cedar benches that hover effortlessly within the rendered white planters.
