Aldgate (COL)

 

Ed Brooks Furniture designed this viewing platform in answer to a brief by City Of London, and Sangwyn worked in partnership with them to implement its installation.

The platform's purpose is to provide the public with a vantage point from which to witness the ongoing transformation of Aldgate.

The platform features the proposed plans, and will be in place for the next year, as redevelopments get underway.

 

A series of seats was initially installed around Aldgate's main square to introduce the regeneration project to the public, and inspire interest in the plans.
